Data Deletion Instructions

Creative Concepts by Jeff (“we,” “us”) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we may hold and how you can request its deletion, including data obtained through Instagram, Facebook, and other Meta platforms.

What Data We May Hold

When you tag @jeffalencastre in a public Instagram post, we may display that public photo, its caption, your username, and a link back to the original post in the “On Instagram” gallery on our website. If you have contacted us through our inquiry form, we may also hold your name, email address, phone number, and event details.

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of any data we hold about you — including a tagged photo, your username, or an inquiry submission — please email us at jeffalencastre@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Please include the following so we can locate your data:

• Your Instagram username (if the request relates to a tagged photo), and
• A link to the specific post or photo you would like removed, or
• The name and email address used when you submitted an inquiry.

Our Response

We will confirm receipt of your request and permanently delete the requested data from our website and systems within 30 days. You may also remove a tagged photo at any time by untagging @jeffalencastre or deleting the original post on Instagram, after which it will no longer appear on our website.
